James presents Sidcup History at Bexley Book Buzz

James Brokenshire took part in the Lamorbey and Sidcup Local History Society presentation at Sidcup Library as part of the Bexley Book Buzz.

This is the third year that Bexley has hosted a Book Buzz Literary Festival, a two-week programme packed full of events and activities for all.

James appointed Security Minister at Home Office

James Brokenshire has been appointed Minister of State for Security at the Home Office. In this role, James has responsibility for national security and counter-terrorism policy, National Crime Agency oversight, Fire Service, and serious and organised crime strategy.

Brexit Day

At 11pm we will leave the European Union and finally honour the result of the 2016 referendum. After all of the political tumult and damaging instability of the last three years we can now move Britain forward.

James calls on London City Airport to reconsider plans

James Brokenshire has written to the Chief Executive of London City Airport calling for a reconsideration to the plans laid out in their Draft Master Plan to ensure minimum disruption for Bexley residents.
