Immigration Bill becomes law

James Brokenshire has welcomed the news that the Immigration Bill received Royal Assent on 14 May, allowing for a number of reforms to make our immigration system fairer to British citizens and legitimate migrants and tougher on those with no right to be here.

James recently joined pupils and teachers from Joyden’s Wood Primary School on a Farm to Fork trail at Tescos in Sidcup, where they learnt about their food, where it comes from and how it is prepared.

Waste4Fuel have been given 28 days in order to prepare their case against action brought by the Environment Agency, arising from contempt of court proceedings that progress in clearing the site has not been satisfactory.

Cancer Centre takes a step closer to completion
