Stroke Club Marks Quarter of a Century

James Brokenshire has congratulated the Sidcup Friday Stroke Club for 25 years of fun and friendship at a special anniversary lunch on Friday.  The club meets each week at the at Sidcup Baptist Church hall and also runs an annual holiday for club members.

ames cut a special birthday cake to mark the occasion mirroring the ceremony marking the opening of the club when Sir Edward Heath performed a similar role.  James praised the work of the team of volunteers and supporters whose tireless work and commitment had seen the club flourish for a quarter of a century and wished the club continued success for many more years to come.
