In addition to being Member of Parliament for Old Bexley & Sidcup, James Brokenshire is also the Immigration Minister at the Home Office.  In this role he has responsibility for Government immigration policy, securing the UK's borders and operational oversight of the work of UK

As a Bexley resident, Queen Mary's matters to me and my family.  I have fought long and hard for the future of our local hospital and the healthcare service which I believe this area needs.

I strongly support plans to put Queen Mary’s under new NHS ownership with clinical services -

James Brokenshire was elected as the Conservative Member of Parliament for Old Bexley & Sidcup in May 2010 with a majority of 15,857 and over 50% of the vote.  James lives in Bexley with his wife Cathrine and the couple’s three children.
